One-time COVID Assistance Fund by SCC
To support residents in rental communities affected by COVID-19, South Central Community Family Service Centre (SCC) will be providing selected residents living in rental flats with a one-time assistance through the COVID Assistance Fund.
The COVID Assistance Fund is a one-time assistance of $300 ($50 upfront NTUC vouchers followed by $250 cash support) to support residents living in rental flats served by SCC who are affected by COVID-19. The COVID Assistance Fund is supported by donations from kind donors, members of the public, community contributions and other fund-raising campaigns by SCC. This one-time COVID Assistance Fund by SCC will be given out from September to December 2020. This is not a government assistance scheme.
Residents living in public rental flats within SCC’s boundaries (e.g., Lengkok Bahru, Henderson, Jalan Bukit Merah, Indus etc.) will be selected to receive the COVID Assistance Fund. Only one resident per unit/household will receive the COVID Assistance Fund. Only selected units will receive the fund.
