A secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school education and holistic support, =DREAMS aspires to create a child-centric holistic system of care.

An initiative by the South Central Community Family Service Centre, =DREAMS empowers promising and deserving children who come from low-income households to break out of poverty and dream of a future where they are not limited by their family circumstances.

SCC@Hoy Fatt, located at Blk 50 Hoy Fatt road is an intentional extension of SCC’s idea of giving the community a conducive extended holistic shared space that is socially inclusive, provides flexibility, and facilitates co-sharing to study, work and bond.
